We are seeking a talented full stack engineer with strong experience in complex applications, attention to detail, and good communication skills.

Tasks

• Apply your technical expertise, best practices, and the latest technologies to build and scale our React / TypeScript frontend and backend, powering our cross-platform app (Web, iOS, iPadOS, macOS, Android). You will own features end-to-end, from designing responsive UIs and robust APIs to optimizing database performance and deployment pipelines.
• Impact: As a member of a fast-growing startup, you will collaborate with the Engineering team, UX Designers, Content Writers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to deliver new iterations of our product.
• Quality & Reliability: We serve thousands of small and medium businesses relying on Ninox. You will help enhance our automated testing, monitoring, and alerting strategies to detect defects early and ship fixes quickly.

Requirements

• You have a degree in computer science or a comparable professional qualification.
• You have 5 years of experience as a software engineer, focusing on JavaScript/TypeScript on the backend and React on the frontend.
• You understand test-driven and behavior-driven development paradigms and are proficient with frameworks like Jest.
• You have experience with deployment automation, Docker containers, and hosting applications on the cloud.
• You follow the 'You build it, you run it' approach and take pride in it.
• You value clean code and adhere to excellent engineering practices.
• You know that performance matters and can build highly scalable, performant client-side apps for Web and Native (hybrid).
• You are a team player eager to mentor junior colleagues and grow collectively.
