Responsibilities

• Proper accounting of current business transactions
• Carrying out monthly intercompany reconciliations
• Special projects and process optimization in accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
• Invoice verification and clarification of discrepancies with purchasing and posting
• Communication with suppliers, processing reminders and discount claims
• Posting incoming and outgoing payments, clarifying payment discrepancies, and monitoring cash discount claims
• Creating and executing SAP payment runs, carrying out manual payments, and recurring postings
• Processing travel expense reports and administering the travel expense software

Your Strengths

• Completed commercial training, e.g., as an industrial clerk (m/f/d)
• Several years of professional experience in accounting
• Good SAP FI and MS Office skills, especially in Excel
• Structured, results-oriented, with a high level of detail and service orientation
• Team player, reliable, and hands-on mentality
• Very good German and good English skills
