Position:

We are seeking a Professional Education Manager (m/f/d) for the DACH and Eastern Europe region.

Role Overview:

The Professional Education Manager will support peer-to-peer (physician) education programs, develop new KOLs, and establish new markets for Abiomed. The role involves coordinating with marketing and other functions to update content, integrating digital marketing tactics, and executing educational programs including webinars, hospital, hotel, congress, and Abiomed facilities events. The position reports to the Director Market Development EMEA.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing and executing customer programs at trade shows and symposia
2. Manage registration, invitations, and coordinate programs with stakeholders
3. Support physician programs and speaker management in collaboration with internal teams
4. Develop and execute educational and training programs at teaching institutions
5. Organize and execute webinar programs
6. Coordinate with third-party speakers
7. Manage logistics for events
8. Follow up on healthcare professional engagement activities
9. Handle data input and contract management within legal standards
10. Analyze sales data and trends

Requirements:

1. 5-10 years of experience in medical training, education, or marketing
2. Experience in MedTech, Healthcare, Pharma, or regulated industries; cardiology, surgery, or ICU experience preferred
3. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
4. Strong project planning skills
5. Proficiency in MS Office and SFDC
6. Excellent communication skills in German and English
7. Strategic thinking and adaptability
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
9. Willingness to travel
