We are seeking a Professional Education Manager (m/f/d) for the DACH region.

As Professional Education Manager, you will support peer-to-peer (physician) education programs, develop new KOLs, and establish new markets for Abiomed. You will collaborate with Marketing and other teams to ensure content relevance and digital integration, coordinate educational events (webinars, hospital, congresses), and work closely with internal stakeholders to promote education, awareness, and adoption of hemodynamic support technologies.

This role reports to the Director of Market Development EMEA.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer programs at trade shows and symposia
  • Manage registrations, invitations, and coordinate programs with stakeholders
  • Support physician programs and speaker management in collaboration with internal teams
  • Organize educational programs and training courses at teaching institutions
  • Develop and implement webinar programs
  • Coordinate third-party speaker engagements
  • Manage logistics for events (travel, accommodation, catering)
  • Follow up on HCP engagement activities, including invitations and honoraria
  • Handle data entry and contract management in compliance with legal standards
  • Analyze sales data, trends, and reports

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in medical training, education, or marketing in regulated industries (MedTech, Healthcare, Pharma)
  • Experience in Cardiology, Surgery, or ICU preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Strong project planning skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in German and English
  • Strategic thinking, adaptability, and multitasking abilities
  • Willingness to travel
