As Professional Education Manager, you will support Peer-to-Peer (Physician) education programs (onsite and remote), develop new KOLs, and establish new markets for Abiomed. You will collaborate with Marketing and other functions to ensure content is current and integrate digital marketing tactics for a seamless customer experience. Your role involves executing educational programs at hospitals, congresses, and Abiomed facilities, supporting the mission of increasing education, awareness, and adoption of hemodynamic support. This position reports to the Director Market Development EMEA.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing and executing customer programs at trade shows or symposia.
2. Manage registration, invitations, and coordinate programs with stakeholders.
3. Support Physician Programs and speaker management in collaboration with internal teams.
4. Develop and execute educational programs and training courses at teaching institutions.
5. Organize and run educational webinars.
6. Coordinate with 3rd party speakers.
7. Manage logistics for events, including travel, accommodations, and catering.
8. Ensure follow-up processes for HCP engagement, including invitations and honorarium payments.
9. Handle data input and contract management within legal and compliance standards.
10. Analyze sales data, trends, and reports.

Requirements:

1. 5-10 years of experience in medical training, education, or marketing in regulated industries such as MedTech, Healthcare, or Pharma. Experience in Cardiology, Surgery, or ICU is preferred.
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
3. Proficiency in project planning.
4. Familiarity with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and SFDC.
5. Excellent presentation and communication skills in both German and English.
6. Strong strategic thinking, adaptability, and multitasking abilities.
