Position: Professional Education Manager (m/f/d) - DACH region

As Professional Education Manager, you will support Peer-to-Peer (Physician) education programs (onsite and remote), focusing on the Abiomed Camp Community and developing new KOLs while establishing new markets for Abiomed. You will collaborate with Marketing and other functions to ensure content is current and integrate digital marketing tactics to enhance customer experience. You will organize and execute programs such as webinars, hospital and congress events, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to promote education, awareness, and adoption of hemodynamic support.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing and executing customer programs at trade shows and symposia
2. Manage registration, invitations, and coordinate programs with stakeholders
3. Support Physician Programs and speaker management in collaboration with Marketing and Medical Operations
4. Develop and execute educational programs and training courses at teaching institutions
5. Implement educational webinar programs
6. Coordinate third-party speaker arrangements
7. Organize logistics for events including travel, accommodation, and catering
8. Manage follow-up processes for healthcare professional engagement
9. Handle data entry and contract management within legal and compliance standards
10. Analyze sales data, trends, and reports

Requirements:

1. 5-10 years experience in medical training, education, or marketing in regulated industries
2. Experience in MedTech, Healthcare, Pharma, with a preference for Cardiology, Surgery, or ICU
3. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
4. Proficiency in project planning and MS Office, SFDC
5. Excellent presentation and communication skills (oral and written)
6. Strategic thinking, adaptability, and multitasking abilities
7. Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
8. Willingness to travel
