Collections is a vital part of our overall leasing and financing operation. By driving down unpaid invoices at an early stageby opening up a direct dialogue with our customers for finding sustainable solutions, we can allow them to minimize thefinancial consequences of their delinquencies and ultimately, to keep their vehicles on the road. To establish and maintainsuch a direct dialogue and to subsequently find and offer the most optimal sustainable solutions requires great skill. These challenges await you:

Reaching out to delinquent customers using telephone and email

Finding the most optimal way to convey the message and persuading the customer by applying your conversation andnegotiation skills and innovative approach

Conduct extensive research both online and through the optical archive to find contact numbers and email addresses of clients that cannot be reached Designate and optimize conversation strategies to identify and cope with different customerattitudes

Continuously endeavor to improve your contact and persuasion strategies by giving and receiving peer-feedback andlistening back to recorded telephone conversations

Cooperate and liaise with colleagues of different departments based in France on individual matters such as customercomplaints, accounting, insurance, etc but also here in Berlin, in regards of Legal Collections and Remarketing

Handle end of contract, repossession and pre-legal activities

Steer and manage third-party agencies based in France to arrange for repossession and transport of vehicles

Qualifications

What you bring to the table:

Degree in Laws, Business Administration, Economics/Finance or a related field

Knowledge of Collections will be considered as a plus

Proficiency inFrench and advanced English
