• Support in preparing and conducting service and driver training in German and English
• Planning training content from the pre-series stage in coordination with relevant departments (e.g., design & development, product management)
• Designing, creating, and maintaining technical training materials and equipment
• Assisting in conducting and supporting training at external locations domestically and internationally
• Preparing and maintaining training machines and models
• Providing practical support and service during harvest season
• Successfully completed technical vocational training, ideally with further qualification as a technician (m/w/d) or a degree in a technical field (university/college), preferably with a focus on agricultural technology, or comparable qualification
• Good product and process knowledge in harvesting technology
• Practical experience with agricultural machinery
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Pedagogical skills and strong customer orientation
• Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and accurately
• Willingness to undertake occasional international business trips
