Job summary

Workwise in Berlin sucht einen Produktmanager für Public Cloud / Pricing / Go to Market im Rahmen eines Praktikums. 32–40 Stunden wöchentlich, intern ausgeschrieben, mit Fokus auf Cloud-Angebote.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Entwickler- und Vertriebsteams zusammen, definieren Preismodelle und unterstützen Markteinführungskampagnen. Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, Englisch unumgänglich; wachstumsorientierte Umgebung mit Weiterbildung.

Qualifications

• Master/Bachelorabschluss in BWL/Engineering/CS oder vergleichbares.
• Erfahrung als Produktmanager in Enterprise-Software/IT-Services.
• Fließendes Englisch; Deutschkenntnisse vorteilhaft, aber nicht erforderlich.

Responsibilities

• Entwurf und Umsetzung von Produktstrategien und -plänen.
• Erstellung robuster Business Cases mit Pay-as-you-Go- und Abonnement-Modellen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Betrieb, Marketing und Vertrieb zur Go-to-Market-Strategie.
• Definition und Monitoring von Produkt-Metriken sowie Optimierungsmaßnahmen.
• Aufbau von Beziehungen zu externen Partnern.
• Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zu Geschäftschancen.

What can you expect in this role?

• Develop and implement commercial product strategies and plans in line with business objectives.


• Create robust business cases for commercial activities, with a strong focus on defining Pay-as-you-Go and subscription pricing models for Public Cloud services.


• Close collaboration with teams from development and operations engineering, as well as marketing and sales, to coordinate the go-to-market strategy for product launches and adjustments.


• Define and monitor product success metrics and derive appropriate measures for optimization.


• Develop and maintain business relationships with external partners and stakeholders.


• Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify business opportunities and respond to market trends, particularly for enterprise software and IT services.


• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and related infrastructure is considered a bonus.

Qualifications

• Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field.


• Proven experience as a Product Manager in enterprise software or IT services, particularly managing offerings with consumption-based (Pay-as-you-Go) or subscription pricing models.


• Relevant experience in a Cloud Provider environment.


• Excellent skills in data-driven decision-making and the ability to build complex business cases in a growth-oriented environment.


• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. German language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
