What you can expect
  • You continuously develop our product portfolio in the area of payment solutions, working closely with our specialist departments.
  • You analyze and evaluate market trends and developments in the field of digital payment products and services.
  • You contribute to the strategic market orientation and support strategic and operational product controlling.
  • You lead the agile product development of payment solutions.
  • You are responsible for the ongoing improvement of existing products and accompany their market introduction.
  • You initiate and accompany the introduction of new products as well as the expansion of existing solutions in collaboration with internal and external partners within the framework of a ZAG institution.
  • You work closely with the specialist departments of the DKV Group and external partners to ensure the successful implementation and monitoring of your products.
What makes you stand out
  • You have several years of experience in product management, ideally in the field of payment solutions, financial services, or regulated markets.
  • You possess extensive knowledge in agile product development and the management of digital financial products.
  • You have strong analytical thinking skills and experience in creating business cases, defining KPIs, and preparing decision-making templates.
  • You demonstrate a high level of initiative and responsibility and are capable of managing complex projects and processes.
  • You bring strong communication and collaboration skills when working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements for ZAG institutions.
  • You have experience with payment platforms, API integration, and chip card technology, as well as a good understanding of IT security requirements and compliance software.
  • Excellent project management skills, ideally with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), as well as very good German and English language skills, complete your profile.
