Job Responsibilities:

• Product responsibility for vapor recovery monitoring, overfill protections, and oil separator monitoring.
• Ensure and maintain market requirements for the products.
• Contribute to defining product scope and pricing strategies, enabling effective benchmarking against competitors.
• Conduct competitive analyses, identify market opportunities, and implement solutions.
• Develop and execute product portfolio strategies aligned with company goals and market demands.
• Create market entry strategies for new product lines to maximize impact and reach.
• Serve as the interface between customers, partners, and internal development teams.
• Participate in national and international working groups and committees.
• Prepare detailed specifications for new product requirements and features.
• Present and monitor business cases for development projects.
• Develop technical documentation and training materials to support product understanding and usage.
• Monitor product quality and develop measures to improve service quality.

Qualifications:

• Completed technical degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field.
• Proven professional experience, preferably with complex products.
• Experience working with an international customer base and the ability to explain complex products effectively.
• Excellent German language skills (spoken and written) and good English skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient in PC use, especially MS Office.
• Independent and goal-oriented work approach with strong analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Reliability, flexibility, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
