Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung in der Produktionsplanung und -steuerung.
• Technisches Verständnis und betriebswirtschaftliches Wissen.

Aufgaben

• Planung der Produktion unter Berücksichtigung von Kundenanforderungen.
• Überwachung und Verbesserung der Produktionspläne.
• Implementierung von Lean-Management-Prinzipien zur Effizienzsteigerung.

Your Responsibilities

• Short- and medium-term production planning considering production events, customer requirements, and resource availability
• Structuring plans across three levels: management, project, and operational levels
• Planning of propulsion systems and individual components
• Managing schedules, defining manufacturing processes, determining optimal batch sizes, and documenting manufacturing workflows
• Conducting actual vs. plan comparisons, identifying alternatives, assessing workforce needs, verifying release data and deployment dates, and updating plans
• Reviewing existing plans for improvement opportunities and proposing enhancements
• Preparing and monitoring KPIs and creating reports
• Further development of planning tools according to current process requirements
• Implementing lean management principles to reduce waste and improve value chain

Your Qualifications

• At least a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, aerospace engineering, or REFA technician (m/w/d)
• Over 4 years of professional experience in work preparation, production planning, and control
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP
• Fluent in German and advanced English skills
• Technical understanding and business acumen
