Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung in der Herstellung großer handgefertigter Betonfertigteile erforderlich.
• Etwa 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle mit Personalverantwortung.

Aufgaben

• Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung der Produktionsprozesse im Betonwerk.
• Sicherstellen der Produktionsziele in Bezug auf Produktivität und Fristen.

PRODUKTIONSMEISTER / PRODUKTIONSLEITER / FERTIGUNGSLEITER (m/w/d)

Join BREMER AG, a leading company in turnkey industrial and commercial construction in Germany, as a PRODUKTIONSMEISTER / PRODUKTIONSLEITER / FERTIGUNGSLEITER (m/w/d) at our Leipzig (Knautnaundorf) location starting September 2025. You will lead and coordinate our team with passion, overview, and focus on essentials.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, control, and monitor production processes in the precast concrete plant for manufacturing custom concrete parts for industrial and commercial construction, with individual weights up to 40 tons.
• Ensure production goals regarding productivity and deadlines are met.
• Maintain BREMER's quality standards.
• Personnel responsibility for approximately 30 employees.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations.
• Assist with work preparation.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed master craftsman or technician training as a bricklayer or concrete worker, or similar.
• Experience in manufacturing large-format handcrafted concrete precast elements is required.
• About 5 years of professional experience in a similar role with personnel responsibility.
• Proficient in MS Office programs.
