Teijincarbon seeks a Production Worker NCF for Non-Crimp Fabric to join our NRW production team. You will operate the UD tape spreading machine, powder coating line, and inspection station to ensure smooth production and quality control.

This is a one-year fixed-term contract with a 37.5-hour week and 30 vacation days. We value meticulous, reliable, team-oriented workers and offer training and opportunities for growth.

Aufgaben

• Set up and operate UD tape spreading machine, powder coating line, and inspection station to ensure smooth production.
• Perform visual inspections and document results at quality control station.
• Assist with setting up and adjusting COPMAX multiaxial system and operate it during production.
• Assist with setting up, configuring, and operating the TPUD system as needed.
• Monitor production process to meet product quality standards.
• Sort and package finished goods.
• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain a safe, orderly production environment.

To strengthen our NCF production team – to start as soon as possible, for a one-year fixed-term contract

Your future field of activity

• You will set up and operate the UD tape spreading machine, the powder coating line, and the product inspection station, ensuring that production runs smoothly.
• You will perform visual inspections of the finished goods at the quality control station and carefully document the inspection results.
• You will assist with setting up and adjusting the multiaxial system (COPMAX) and operate it during the ongoing production process.
• As needed, you will assist with setting up, configuring, and operating the TPUD system.
• You will monitor the production process and help ensure that the required product quality standards are met.
• You will sort and package the finished goods.
• You will perform cleaning tasks in your work area, thereby contributing to a safe and orderly production environment.

• Ideally, you have some initial professional experience in production, machine operation, or plant operation. Experience in processing carbon fibers, fiber-reinforced composites, or similar materials is a plus but not a requirement.
• You are willing to work extended day shifts or two-shift operations. In the future, you will also need to be willing to work three-shift operations.
• You are known for your meticulous, reliable, independent, and systematic approach to work and have a strong commitment to quality.
• You possess technical understanding, a willingness to learn, and an enthusiasm for familiarizing yourself with new processes and plant technology.
