X-FAB in Erfurt is seeking a Production Operator to join our team on a project-based/fixed-term contract. You will operate production equipment, perform basic inspections, and ensure product quality under cleanroom conditions, following safety instructions.

We welcome career changers and value reliability and a willingness to learn. You will work in a dynamic semiconductor manufacturing environment with 12-hour shifts and an emphasis on safety, efficiency, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Production runs on 12-hour shifts with an average of 15 shifts per month.
• You are physically fit and enjoy being active.

We are looking for new team members to join us as soon as possible on a project-based/fixed-term contract.

Your responsibilities:

• You will operate our production equipment within your assigned production area.
• As part of the production process, you will carry out minor inspections and checks.
• While operating the equipment, you will always keep an eye on the quality of our products.
• Our production takes place under cleanroom conditions and in accordance with applicable work instructions.
  Please note for smokers: Smoking is not possible during the shift.
