Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for error analysis and troubleshooting in a highly automated environment. To this end, you will propose short-term measures on site and ensure sustainability and production capability.
• As a Production/Process Specialist (f/m/x), your task will be to develop and refine processes to support small series production in Plant 0 and in the TS network and to prepare new projects.
• Important aspects include using BMW's value-added-oriented production system (WPS) as a guideline.
• Finally, you will develop standards for the results of the problem-solving process to ensure that they are also used in the electromobility production network and that the measures implemented are sustainable.
• As part of your work, you will be responsible for optimizing processes in ongoing operations, for the technologies in existing production systems and for promoting added value and achieving the optimum operating point in your area of responsibility.
• Support for your production area will mainly take place on site, but as Plant 0 we are also responsible for supporting the ramp-up of the energy module series lines in the TS network.

Your Profile

• At least three years of professional experience in the field of production with a very good understanding of production technology, including electromobility, desirable.
• Experience as a production specialist or methodologist in production, ideally in an automated production area.
• Experience with BMW work organization and WPS methods.
• In-depth IT knowledge in the field of data analysis and statistics, ideally supplemented by application experience in the field of data mining or AI methods.
• Very good teamwork and communication skills and flexibility. A high level of analytical competence and knowledge of problem-solving methods.
