Aeyde seeks an experienced B2B Operations leader to own the end-to-end wholesale fulfillment process and drive on-time, worldwide shipments. You will lead a small team, coordinate with 3PL partners, and collaborate with Wholesale, Merchandising and Finance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset and strong English communication; German is a plus, with relocation support available for the right candidate.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in operations, fulfillment or supply chain in fashion or consumer goods.
• Degree or professional training in operations or supply chain.
• Proven B2B logistics experience with shipping, customs docs and 3PL.
• Strong org and time management for peak periods.
• Excellent communication with clients, stakeholders and partners.
• Proficient with G Suite and MS Office; ERP experience is a plus.
• Hands-on, proactive multitasker with start-up mindset.
• Excellent English; German is a plus.

What you will do:

We’re looking for an experienced and hands‑on B2B Operations professional who can take ownership of the end‑to‑end wholesale fulfillment process and ensure smooth, on‑time deliveries worldwide. You are highly organized, solution‑oriented, and confident in managing a small team of two people, clients, 3PL partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

You will be part of a collaborative, high‑performing team and play a key role in shaping Aeyde’s next stage of growth.

• Own worldwide B2B footwear shipments, including after‑sales support, returns, swaps, and customer claims.
• Manage the day‑to‑day B2B outbound flow and act as the main point of contact for Operations & Fulfillment, ensuring seamless communication with external Partners as well as internal teams like Wholesale, Merchandising and Finance.
• Manage performance, staffing and holiday planning for two coordinators, ensuring uninterrupted operations and fulfillment KPIs, especially during peak periods.
• Oversee B2B inbound processing, including system uploads, 3PL coordination, and warehouse booking‑in.
• Work closely with the Wholesale team to ensure on‑time shipments and proactively communicate delays or disruptions.
• Coordinate B2B shipments, including creating shipping and customs documentation, client portals, and 3PL ship‑outs.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience by efficiently managing client enquiries, returns, swaps, and claims.
• Proactively track B2B orders and launch dates to ensure smooth, on‑time deliveries.
• Manage 3PL relationships to ensure high service levels, smooth operations, and cost efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement of SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain service standards.
• Own the operational onboarding of new B2B clients.
• Build strong internal and external relationships through regular check‑ins, quarterly reviews, and on‑site visits.
• Ensure shipment data is accurately recorded in the ERP system for reliable forecasting and reporting.

What you will bring:

• 5+ years of professional experience in operations, fulfillment, or supply chain management, preferably in the fashion, luxury, or consumer goods sector.
• Academic degree and/or professional training in operations, supply chain management or a related business field.
• Proven track record of managing B2B logistics, including experience with shipping, customs documentation, and 3PL coordination.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills to oversee multiple tasks and prioritize effectively during peak periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients, stakeholders, and 3PL partners.
• Strong proficiency in G Suite and/or MS Office applications, experience with Oracle NetSuite or other ERP systems is a strong plus.
• Hands‑on mentality with a flexible and proactive approach; ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Start‑up mindset with a can‑do attitude and a solution‑oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written), German is a plus.
