Zusammenfassung

Aeyde is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain & BPM Director to lead end-to-end planning, production, inbound operations, systems, and business processes in Berlin. You will drive Demand-Supply alignment, master data, PO management, and supplier performance while collaborating with CEO and CFO to shape strategy and profitability.

You will build scalable workflows, advance S&OP, and oversee sustainability-compliant operations across factories in Europe.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in supply chain, operations and logistics.
• Academic degree and/or professional training in operations, supply chain management or related business degree.
• Demonstrated ability to manage processes based on KPIs and hands-on.
• Superior analytical skills and business acumen.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Able to motivate, empower and lead a team within a fast-paced environment.
• Leverageable, broad network within the operations/supply chain industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Speaking Italian would be a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own short and long-term capacity and production planning on SKU and factory level.
• Monitor production capacities and proactively identify risks and bottlenecks.
• Partner with Product, Merchandising and Finance to align supply planning with commercial objectives.
• Build new planning and forecasting tools to align Demand & Supply Planning closely.
• Own all master data processes and the end-to-end SKU creation process.
• Oversee end-to-end order management across all product categories including PO creation, factory send outs, changes, confirmations, and tracking.
• Manage factory outbound planning and warehouse inbound coordination to ensure seamless handover to Operations and Logistics.
• Own communication and mid and long term capacity alignment with our factories in Italy.
• Work in close alignment with Product and Merchandising to streamline production calendars, order lead times and MOQs for each season.
• Continuously evaluate supplier performance.
• Oversee QC and claims process towards factories.
• Oversee on time delivery throughout all channels and continuously optimize inbound logistics and warehouse processes.
• Own and lead Aeyde's Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process end-to-end.
• Align demand, supply, inventory and production planning across all business functions.
• Establish clear reporting and decision-making structures to enable proactive business planning.
• Continuously improve Aeyde's operational systems and supply chain tools, including ERP, PLM, BOM and related platforms.
• Drive process excellence through clear process documentation, SOPs and governance structures.
• Build scalable workflows that improve collaboration between Product, Merchandising, Operations and Finance.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement process improvements across the organization.
• Oversee all sustainability-related operational topics across the supply chain.
• Further develop Aeyde's sustainability strategy together with the leadership team.
• Establish scalable processes to ensure compliance with current and future regulatory requirements.

We’re looking for a hands‑on Supply Chain & BPM Director to lead Aeyde’s end‑to‑end supply chain planning, production, inbound operations, systems, and business processes. You will connect Demand, Supply, Product, Merchandising, Operations, and Finance to build scalable, data‑driven processes that support profitable growth and operational excellence. You will lead a lean, agile team while driving continuous improvement across planning, supplier management, systems, automation, compliance, and S&OP. Working closely with the CEO and CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a supply chain strategy that supports Aeyde’s growth, enhances customer experience, improves profitability, and advances our sustainability commitments.

Supply Chain Planning
