Job summary

STARK in München, Germany, seeks a seasoned Manufacturing Team Lead to drive a high-performance shop floor. You will coordinate daily production operations, manage shifts, allocate resources, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced defence manufacturing environment.

You will lead a cross-functional team, implement continuous improvement initiatives, track KPIs, and ensure production targets are met while maintaining rigorous compliance with security and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial production, or assembly operations.
• Proven track record leading production teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production operations and ensure adherence to manufacturing schedules.
• Lead and support a high-performance manufacturing team on the shop floor.
• Allocate personnel and machine resources efficiently based on production requirements.
• Create and manage shift schedules.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial production, or assembly operations
• Previous experience leading or coordinating production teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced and high-responsibility environments
• Hands-on mindset with a strong sense of accountability
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus
• Understanding of production planning, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, electronics, or defence manufacturing is advantageous.
