Stark is building the next generation of manufacturing execution for European defence manufacturing. We seek a strong MES Architect who will own and evolve the MES environment, mapping physical workflows to digital processes and ensuring end-to-end data traceability.
You will bridge IT and shop floor teams, develop analytics pipelines, dashboards, and real-time factory intelligence to optimize OEE, throughput and quality while maintaining rigorous security and regulatory standards.
At Stark, we forge the future of European and national security through cutting‑edge, AI‑driven technology and unmatched engineering precision. As a premier defence technology company, our mission is clear: to equip NATO Allies and their partners with next‑generation autonomous defence platforms and advanced AI‑driven software built to perform in the world’s most demanding environments.
We believe that true security stems from relentless innovation. By combining elite engineering talent with agile technology and an AI-native operational culture, Stark turns complex defence challenges into field‑tested, multi‑domain solutions.
You’ll be joining a hardworking, hands‑on team that thrives in a fast‑paced environment, takes ownership, and is committed to delivering results within tight deadlines. Collaboration, practical problem‑solving, and a shared drive to continuously improve are at the heart of how the team works.
You will be the core architect of our digital shop floor. Your main mission is the continuous operation, optimization, and, above all, the innovative further development of our Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
In this role, you bridge the gap between IT and the shop floor: you don’t just see code and data, but you truly understand the physical manufacturing processes. By ensuring a seamless, end‑to‑end digital production flow, you create the foundation for real‑time factory intelligence.
Due to the nature of our work in the defence sector, candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance required for this position. Details will be provided during the recruitment process.
