Digital Power Systems (DPS) is a B2B power-electronics manufacturer based in Karlsruhe, Germany. We develop and produce advanced solutions for a global customer base. We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Production Staff (m/w/d) to join us on-site in Karlsruhe-Oststadt to strengthen our Manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on involvement with production processes: inspecting soldering PCBs, assembling them into cases, running functional tests, and applying labels with precision.
• Ensure product quality by following strict quality instructions and identifying defects early.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment.
