Your profile

• Completed university degree (Master's / Diploma / PhD) in physics, chemistry, materials science, engineering or natural sciences or a comparable course of study
• Several years of professional experience in the development of innovative semiconductor technology, especially in the areas of power and MEMS, ideally with experience in the field of plasma etch
• Very good knowledge of semiconductor technology including relevant analytical methods
• Excellent understanding of physical principles and interrelationships
• Enthusiastic, problem-solving, proactive, creative, team player, resilient, assertive
• Systematic, goal-oriented, decisive
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
