Job summary

Gulp AG in Kiel sucht eine erfahrene Fachkraft für Arbeits- und Produktionsplanung in einer sicherheitsrelevanten Fertigung. Sie erstellen SAP-Datenstrukturen, planen PCB-, Fiber Optic- und Kabelfertigung sowie Baugruppenmontage und REFA-gestützte STANDARDZEITEN.

Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Industrieerfahrung, SAP-/ERP-Kenntnisse, REFA-Qualifikation, fließendes Deutsch und gutes Englisch; Ü2-Sicherheitsfreigabe wird erwartet.

Qualifications

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Arbeits- und Produktionsplanung in der Industrie.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse der Elektro-/ Elektronikfertigung sowie komplexer Fertigungsprozesse.
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, ideal SAP, sowie MS Office.
• REFA-Grundzertifikat oder vergleichbare Zeitmanagement-Qualifikation.
• Routinierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Responsibilities

• Datenstrukturen und -prozesse im SAP-System weiterentwickeln und pflegen.
• Arbeits- und Prozessplanung für PCB-, Fiber-Optic- und Kabelfertigung sowie Hydraulik- und Baugruppenmontage.
• Bestimmung von Standardzeiten mittels REFA-Methodik.
• Entwurf eines standardisierten modularen Systems für Standardzeiten.
• Schnittstelle zu Change-Management während der Produktion und Unterstützung bei Make-or-Buy Entscheidungen.

Job description

In a highly regulated and safety-critical environment, you will ensure the reliable and timely delivery of modern land systems for the defense industry through precise manufacturing and scheduling. Your responsibilities will include: developing and maintaining manufacturing-related structures and data in the SAP system; work and process planning for printed circuit board, fiber optic, and cable manufacturing, as well as hydraulic and component assemblies; determining and calculating standard times for individual work steps using the REFA method; designing and implementing a standardized modular system for standardized standard times; providing technical and administrative management of change management during production; and creating well-founded time and quantity frameworks and contributing to strategic make-or-buy decisions.

• Successfully completed advanced training as a technician or master craftsman, or a technical university degree.
• Several years of professional experience in work and production planning in an industrial production environment
• Strong electrical engineering understanding for complex manufacturing processes
• Solid knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, as well as common MS Office applications.
• Verifiable REFA basic certificate or a comparable methodological qualification in time management
• Fluent German and good professional English skills, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to undergo a security clearance in accordance with the Security Clearance Act (Ü2 required)
