Do you stay in control even with complex processes? As a Production Controller / Production Planner at ArianeGroup GmbH in Bremen, you will coordinate the production processes for launch vehicle components – from material availability and capacity planning through to the completion of orders. The gross annual salary is between €58,000 and a maximum of €70,000, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa).

Job description

Tasks

• Scheduling and managing production orders in SAP ERP according to project requirements
• Creating and maintaining the weekly production and occupancy plan in a visualized format
• Executing material requirements planning (MRP2) and ensuring availability of required materials
• Procuring and managing materials, consumables and operating supplies
• Monitoring production progress and ensuring completion of production orders
• Optimizing production workflows in case of deviations or material shortages
• Creating and managing rework orders in case of build deviations
• Supporting the creation and tracking of KPIs to monitor production performance

Requirements

• Completed technical or business informatics studies or comparable qualification
• Many years of professional experience in scheduling, production or production planning
• Good knowledge of planning tools such as Primavera, MS Project or similar as well as sound experience with SAP ERP
• Programming knowledge in VBA or Python is desirable
• Business fluent German (min. C1) and proficient English (min. B2)
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
• Strong communication skills, organizational talent, high resilience and team orientation
