YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Mission: Be the chess master of production. At Blackwave, you phase in new products and developments, foresee bottlenecks before they occur, and stay three steps ahead. • Master the plan – translate market demand and program goals into a feasible master production schedule.
• Enable transparency – provide management with KPIs, dashboards, and predictive scenarios that drive smart action.
• Bridge strategy & operations – align long-term goals with day-to-day execution by being the “data truth” for capacity, throughput, and cost efficiency.
• Keep the balance – define and monitor target stock levels, and create scenarios to quickly regain control when deviations happen.

YOUR PROFILE

• Data-driven mind: expert in analysis & visualization (Excel, SQL, BI tools, ERP/MES dashboards).
• Planning sharpness: proven experience in capacity & resource planning across people, machines, and materials.
• Scenario mastery: skilled in “what-if” simulations to anticipate demand spikes, delays, or ramp-ups.
• ERP/MRP expertise: hands-on experience with production planning modules, demand forecasting, and synchronization.
• Cross-functional communicator: able to align with Engineering, Procurement, QA, and Manufacturing.
• Problem-solver: cuts through noise, identifies trade-offs, and helps leadership make the right calls.
