Job summary

Gulp Ag in Hessen sucht einen engagierten Ingenieur (m/w/d) zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Produktionslandschaft und zur Begleitung innovativer Fertigungskonzepte. Sie leiten Industrie-4.0-Integrationen mit MES-Systemen, optimieren Prozesse nachhaltig und verantworten Beschaffung sowie Ressourcenplanung.

Sie verfügen über ein technisches Ingenieurstudium, Erfahrung in Produktionsplanung und Kenntnisse in Schweißprozessen, Deutsch fließend und Englisch Grundkenntnisse.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium (Maschinenbau/Produktion).
• Fundierte Berufserfahrung in Produktionsplanung.
• Kenntnisse in Schweißprozessen.

Responsibilities

• Entwicklung, Planung und Implementierung ganzheitlicher Produktionskonzepte.
• Industrie 4.0-Integration von MES-Systemen gemäß aktuellen Anforderungen.
• Prozessinnovation, kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Abläufe.
• Beschaffung und Planung neuer Produktionsanlagen, Ressourcenoptimierung.

Shape the future of production with us! We are looking for a dedicated and creative engineer (m/f/d) to further develop and optimize our production landscape. In this role, you will be a driving force behind innovative manufacturing concepts and guide our processes on the path to Industry 4.0. If you enjoy managing complex automation projects and making a difference both nationally and within an international manufacturing network, we look forward to your expertise. Concept & Implementation: You will develop, plan, and implement holistic manufacturing concepts and demanding automation projects. Industry 4.0: You will be responsible for the seamless integration of our systems with modern manufacturing execution systems (MES) in accordance with current Industry 4.0 requirements. Process Optimization: You will drive process innovation, continuously improve existing manufacturing processes, and develop creative solutions for sustainable system optimization. Procurement & Planning: Your responsibilities will include procuring new production equipment and proactively planning the necessary resources for production processes. Analysis & Project Work: You will conduct detailed manufacturing analyses, evaluate implementation possibilities and actively participate in SE/Ratio projects as well as in the international manufacturing network (IPN).

• Education: You have successfully completed a degree in engineering (preferably in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field).
• Professional experience: You bring sound professional experience in production planning and possess specific knowledge in the use of welding processes.
• Additional knowledge (nice-to-have): Ideally, you can score points with knowledge in the areas of workplace design, ergonomics and time management.
• IT & language skills: You are proficient in using common MS Office applications and communicate fluently in German and English.
• Personality: You impress with your strong teamwork skills, high sense of responsibility, and highly independent, structured work style. Organizational skills, creativity, and assertiveness round out your profile.
