Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for demand-orientated scheduling and the flow of materials to customers and suppliers as well as production planning.
• You will act as the logistics contact for customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders at Vibracoustic, maintaining and continuously expanding customer relationships.
• You will ensure the SAP technical mapping of logistics processes (delivery call-offs, goods movements, delivery notes, etc.) in SAP R/3 MM and PP.
• You ensure the minimisation of tied-up capital and tied-up storage locations and optimise these as required.
• You will also be responsible for the constant monitoring of material stocks and, as an interface, ensure smooth processes in the event of fluctuations in demand and bottlenecks.

Qualifications:

• You have completed commercial training, for example as an industrial clerk or wholesale and foreign trade clerk or a comparable relevant further training programme.
• You have relevant professional experience in the described field of activity.
• Ideally, you have already gained knowledge in the automotive industry.
• You have good knowledge of the standard MS Office programmes and SAP R/3.
• You have a good understanding of logistics processes in an international environment.
• Your convincing communication skills and confident manner will come into their own with both external customers and internal contacts.
• You communicate confidently in German and English.
