Job summary

Materialise Manufacturing sucht Produktionsmitarbeiter/ Maschinenführer (m/w/d) zur Bedienung und Wartung unserer Metall-3D-Druckanlagen gemäß Produktionsplan. Sie überwachen den Druckprozess und sorgen für termingerechte Aufträge, arbeiten eng mit der Produktionsplanung zusammen und berichten Störungen an Servicetechniker.

Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im metallverarbeitenden Gewerbe mit, gute Deutschkenntnisse, Grundkenntnisse in MS Office und idealerweise erste Erfahrung im

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im metallverarbeitenden Gewerbe (z. B. Formbau, Werkzeug-, Zerspanungs-, Industriemechanik)
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englisch von Vorteil
• MS Office Grundkenntnisse
• Erste Kenntnisse im 3D-Druck mit Metallen von Vorteil
• Selbstständige, qualitäts- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Führerschein Klasse B

Responsibilities

• Bedienen und Warten unserer Metall-3D-Druckmaschinen
• Bedienen und Warten von Peripheriegeräten (Sandstrahlen, Wärmebehandlung, Pulveraufbereitung, EDM)
• Bauteile von Stützstrukturen und Bauplattform trennen
• Bauteilqualität mit Messmitteln prüfen und dokumentieren
• Mit Servicetechnikern bei Störungen kommunizieren
• Interne Kommunikation mit der Produktionsplanung
