Zusammenfassung

MAT DEU Materialise GmbH sucht eine Fachkraft für die Einrichtung und den Betrieb unserer Metall-3D-Druckanlagen. Sie arbeiten an der Bereitstellung der Druckaufträge gemäß Produktionsplan und überwachen den Prozess, um eine termin- und qualitätsgerechte Verarbeitung sicherzustellen.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören Wartung der Anlagen, Betreuung der Peripheriegeräte, Abtrennung von Bauteilen und Stützen sowie Dokumentation der Qualität mit Messmitteln.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im metallverarbeitenden Gewerbe.
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil.
• MS Office Kenntnisse.
• Erste Kenntnisse im 3D-Druck mit Metallen von Vorteil.
• Selbstständige, qualitäts- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Führerschein Klasse B.
• Bereitschaft, fortlaufend dazuzulernen.

Aufgaben

• Bedienung und Wartung unserer Metall-3D-Druckmaschinen.
• Bedienung und Wartung von Peripheriegeräten (Sandstrahlkabinen, Wärmebehandlungsöfen, Pulveraufbereitung, Erodiermaschinen).
• Trennen von Bauteil, Supportstrukturen und Bauplattformen.
• Dokumentation der Bauteilqualität mit Messmitteln.
• Kommunikation mit Servicetechnikern bei Störungen.
• Interne Abstimmung mit der Produktionsplanung.

Jobbeschreibung

You prepare our 3D printing systems for operation in order to process print jobs in accordance with the production plan. In doing so, you monitor the printing process and ensure that orders are completed on schedule.

Your Responsibilities

• Operating and maintaining our metal 3D printing machines
• Operating and maintaining peripheral equipment, e.g. sandblasting cabinets, heat treatment furnaces, powder processing systems, and EDM machines
• Separating components from support structures and build platforms
• Inspecting and documenting component quality using suitable measuring instruments
• Communicating with service technicians during troubleshooting
• Internal communication with production planning

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in a metalworking trade, such as mold making, toolmaking, machining, industrial mechanics, or similar
• Good German language skills; English is an advantage
• Basic MS Office skills
• Initial knowledge of metal 3D printing is an advantage
• Independent working style with a strong focus on quality and results
• Class B driver's license
• A willingness to continuously learn completes your profile

Aufgaben

Sie versetzen unsere 3D-Druck Anlagen in einen betriebsbereiten Zustand, um die Druckaufträge gemäß des Produktionsplans abzuarbeiten. Dabei überwachen Sie den Druckprozess und sorgen für eine zeitgerechte Verarbeitung der Aufträge. Bedienung und Wartung unserer 3D-Metalldruckmaschinen Bedienung und Wartung von Peripheriegeräten, z.B. Ihr Profil

Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung aus dem metallverarbeitenden Gewerbe, wie Formbau, Werkzeug-, Zerspanungs-, Industriemechanik o.ä. Gute Deutschkenntnisse , Englisch von Vorteil MS Office Basiskenntnisse erste Kenntnisse im 3D-Druck mit Metallen von Vorteil selbstständige, qualitäts- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise Führerschein Klasse B Ihre Bereitschaft, fortlaufend dazuzulernen rundet Ihr Profil ab
