Zusammenfassung

Materialise Manufacturing sucht eine fachkundige Fachkraft für Produktionsplanung und -koordination. Sie planen und steuern Arbeitsabläufe, koordinieren Metallprojekte und arbeiten eng mit Sales, Produktion und Qualität zusammen, um fristgerechte Ergebnisse zu sichern.

Sie bringen eine technische Berufsausbildung, Erfahrung mit Planungstools und Kenntnisse im SLM-3D-Druck mit. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden das Profil ab und bieten eine herausfordernde, teamorientierte

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung oder gleichwertige Erfahrung.
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Planungstools und 3D-Drucktechnologien (SLM) von Vorteil.
• Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (PC-Hardware, MS Office) und ausgezeichnete Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse.

Aufgaben

• Produktionplanung und Arbeitsvorbereitung.
• Kommunikation zwischen Sales & Production: Status-, Lieferzeiten- und Feedback-Updates.
• Proaktive Information über Qualitäts- und Lieferprobleme sowie Prozessverbesserungen.
• Interne Koordination metallischer Projekte in Zusammenarbeit mit Planung und Produktion.
• Unterstützung bei technischer Beratung und Schulungen für Sales, Design Engineering und Produktion.

What you will do

• Produktionplanung,
• Arbeitsvorbereitung (PPT Erstellung, MoM Meeting Teilnahme)
• Kommunikation zw. Sales & Production: Metalbox, Projekt status, updates, workload, feedback, Lieferzeit
• Proaktive Information über Probleme bezüglich Qualität & Lieferzeit (follow up)
• Interne Koordination aller planungsbedürftigen Metallprojekte in korrekter und effizienter Weise, in Zusammenarbeit mit Planung und Produktion
• Weiterverfolgung und Implementierung von planungsrelevanten Prozessverbesserungen
• Bei Anfrage: Technischer support, qualifizierte interne Beratung und gegebenenfalls Schulung für Sales sowie Design Engineering und Produktion: Feasibility checks (Bewertung, Anpassung und Vorbereitung von 3D Daten für metal 3D printing).
• 1. Anfrageinstanz: local metal POC,
• 2. Anfrageinstanz: Planer MATBRE Lead time Kalkulation, Pflege Workload sheet, Sub Delivery-Erstellung und Due Date Approvals (RPDB, MCS)
• Speziell Planung Milling: Planung und Koordination der Produktion Fräsabteilung
• Speziell Planung Subco: Koordination, Kommunikation und Follow up mit Sublieferanten, Angebotsanfrage, Bestellinitiierung
• Partizipation bei Projektrelevanter Problemlösungsfindung, Koordination zwischen Sales, Production & Quality.
• MATBREMEN internal complaint handling
• Sicherstellung, dass alle Metallprojekte problemlos und fristgerecht durch die Produktion laufen, insbesondere, dass Daten einwandfrei zur Datenaufbereitung gelangen.
• Übernahme von Datenaufbereitungsaufgaben als Vertretung und bei Kapazitätsengpässen

Your profile

• Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung zum Technischen Zeichner (m/w/d),3D Designer(m/w/d), Konstrukteur (m,w,d) oder ähnlich idealerweise Erfahrung in ähnlicher Position
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Planungstools
• Kenntnisse im Bereich SLM 3D Druck von Vorteil
• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Materialise Magics, Materialise Streamics von Vorteil
• Gute EDV Kenntnisse, PC Hardware und MS- Office Kenntnisse
• Sehr gute Deutsch – und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift)
• Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, schnelle Rückmeldung
• Prozessorientiertes, strukturiertes Vorgehen, Fähigkeit komplexe Zusammenhänge zu überblicken und zu koordinieren
• Technik- und Qualitätsanforderungen auffassen (Lesen von techn. Zeichnungen)
