Qualifikationen

Precision in perfection - your skills are in demand!

This is all about careful reworking, thread processing and labeling of components. As a Production Mechanic Metalworking & Quality Control at our customer ArianeGroup GmbH in Taufkirchen (near Munich), you will assemble combustion chambers, carry out visual inspections and ensure precise production. Job description

Tasks

• Deburring and marking of components using Lectro-Etch and laser
• Thread processing by cutting and forming
• Reworking of sealing surfaces if required
• Visual inspection and simple measurements before cleaning and measuring
• Disassembly and assembly of combustion chambers and production devices according to drawings
• Packaging of components for further transport
• Production of fixture parts on manual lathes and milling machines
• Worker self-inspection and checking of component geometries using the dual control principle

Additional tasks:

• Support in tensile test production, turning and eroding
• Creation and processing of quality reports
• Participation in new developments and process improvements

• Minor machine maintenance such as oil level checks and repairs

Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training in a metalworking profession
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of quality management and technical documentation
• Confident reading of technical drawings
• Experience in disassembly
• Business fluent German (min. C1) and advanced English skills (min. B2)
• Existing, unrestricted work permit for the European Union mandatory
• Team player with good communication skills and an independent and solution-oriented way of working
