About the role

• Safe, economical and uninterrupted operation of the Amrumbank West (302 MW), Nordsee Ost (288 MW) and Kaskasi (342 MW) wind farms, including substations
• Disciplinary management and deployment planning for the technician shift (SOV Heligoland)
• Overall operational responsibility for the service operation vessel
• Implementation of the cluster operating strategy and continuous process/cost optimisation
• Compliance with all legal requirements and HSE standards (‘zero incident policy’)
• Control, monitoring and SAP documentation (PM/MM) of fault clearance, maintenance and repair work
• Interface to planning, campaign coordination and warehouse & logistics

Job requirements and experience

• Degree in construction, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in the operation/organisation of offshore wind farms
• Proven leadership experience in shift work
• In-depth knowledge of occupational safety, compliance and relevant standards/regulations
• Business fluent in German and English; willingness to work shifts and offshore (SOV)
• Strong communication, implementation and problem-solving skills
