Qualifikationen

• Degree in Food Technology, Quality Management, Process Engineering, or comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in operational quality assurance in a manufacturing company in the food or supplement sector.
• Experience in leading staff within the quality function.
• Solid knowledge of HACCP, FSSC 22000, GMP, hygiene requirements, and audit preparation and support.
• Experienced in handling deviations, complaints, root cause analyses, CAPA processes, and quality-related KPIs.
• Structured, decisive, and solution-oriented working style – even under pressure.
• Strong communication skills in German and English, assertiveness, hands-on mentality, and good interpersonal skills for change processes.
