Goki Evolution and Holztiger are two of the brands produced by S.C. Gokids Toys SRL. Founded in 2011 by Mr. Gollnest, Mr. Kiesel, and Mr. Stoichina, the company has grown to over 30 employees. We are seeking the right person to join us on this exciting journey.

• Lead, coordinate, and motivate the team.
• Manage import and export of materials, components, and finished products within third-party countries and the EU.
• Handle customs procedures and supervise imports, providing necessary documentation.
• Plan and receive new orders, integrating them into the delivery schedule.
• Decide whether to produce in-house or purchase externally.
• Place orders with suppliers and maintain good relationships.
• Confirm sales in accordance with the production plan.
• Monitor company profitability, cash flow, and budget adherence.
• Negotiate contracts for raw materials, spare parts, and packaging.
• Plan toy production from raw material ordering to transportation of finished goods.
• Prepare delivery invoices, packing lists, and export documents.
• Ensure delivery deadlines are met.
• Calculate and update product pricing.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and implement new measures as needed.
• Continuously improve existing processes.
• Lead implementation projects.
• Hold legal responsibility for the company and represent it before authorities.

Qualifications:

• Education equivalent to a production engineer in woodworking or a business administration degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in woodworking industry including workload planning OR advanced administrative experience.
• Experience in team leadership is a plus.
• Structured, organized, with excellent planning skills.
• Fluent in Romanian and English (B2-C1) and/or German (B2-C1).
• Outgoing, proactive, and capable of motivating others in challenging situations.
• Knowledge of Romanian work legislation is essential.
