Our brands include Goki Evolution and Holztiger. Founded in 2011 by Mr. Gollnest, Mr. Kiesel, and Mr. Stoichina, we now have over 30 employees and are looking to expand our team.

• Lead, coordinate, and motivate the team.
• Manage import and export of materials, components, and finished products within third-party countries and the EU.
• Oversee customs procedures and ensure proper documentation.
• Plan and receive new orders, integrating them into the delivery schedule.
• Decide whether to produce in-house or outsource.
• Place orders, maintain supplier relationships.
• Confirm sales based on the production plan.
• Monitor profitability, cash flow, and adhere to budgets.
• Negotiate contracts for raw materials, spare parts, and packaging.
• Plan toy production from raw materials to delivery.
• Prepare delivery invoices, packing lists, and export documents.
• Ensure timely deliveries.
• Calculate and update product pricing.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and implement new measures as needed.
• Continuously improve processes and lead implementation projects.
• Represent the company legally and publicly.
• Ideal candidates have a background as a production engineer in woodworking or business administration, with at least 5 years in the woodworking industry or as an administrator.
• Experience in team leadership is a plus.
• Must be structured, organized, and possess excellent planning skills.
• Fluent in Romanian and English (B2-C1) and/or German (B2-C1).
• Outgoing with leadership capabilities, especially in challenging situations.
• Knowledge of Romanian labor law is essential.
