  • Leading, coordinating, and motivating the team.
  • Managing import and export of materials, components, and finished products from third countries and the EU.
  • Supervising customs procedures and import documentation.
  • Planning and managing new orders and delivery schedules.
  • Deciding whether to produce in-house or outsource.
  • Placing orders and maintaining good supplier relations.
  • Confirming sales according to the production plan.
  • Monitoring profitability, cash flow, and budget adherence.
  • Negotiating contracts for raw materials and spare parts.
  • Planning toy production from raw materials to finished goods transportation.
  • Preparing delivery invoices, packing lists, and export documents.
  • Ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Calculating and updating product prices.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and implementing new measures as needed.
  • Continuously improving processes.
  • Leading implementation projects.
  • Representing the company legally before authorities.
  • Qualifications: Education equivalent to a production engineer in woodworking or a business administration exam; at least 5 years of experience in woodworking industry or advanced administrative experience; team leadership experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Structured, organized, good planning, fluent in Romanian and English (B2-C1), and/or German (B2-C1); outgoing and capable of motivating others; knowledge of Romanian labor law.
