We specialize in manufacturing exclusive toys for prominent German brands such as Goki Evolution and Holztiger.

Founded in 2011 by Mr. Gollnest, Mr. Kiesel, and Mr. Stoichina, we have grown to over 30 employees and are seeking a motivated individual to join us on this journey.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead, coordinate, and motivate the team.
  2. Manage import and export activities for materials, components, and finished products within the EU and third countries.
  3. Supervise customs procedures and prepare necessary documentation.
  4. Plan and receive new orders, integrating them into the delivery schedule.
  5. Decide on manufacturing versus external procurement of products.
  6. Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers through order placement and negotiations.
  7. Confirm sales according to the production plan.
  8. Monitor company profitability, cash flow, and budget adherence.
  9. Negotiate contracts for raw materials, spare parts, and packaging.
  10. Plan the production process from raw material procurement to delivery.
  11. Prepare delivery invoices, packing lists, and export documentation.
  12. Ensure timely delivery of products.
  13. Calculate and update product pricing.
  14. Ensure compliance with regulations and implement new measures as needed.
  15. Continuously improve existing processes and lead implementation projects.
  16. Represent the company legally before authorities.
Qualifications:
  • Education equivalent to a production engineer in woodworking or a degree in business administration.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the woodworking industry including workload planning, or extensive experience as an administrator.
  • Leadership experience is a plus.
  • Structured, organized, and excellent planning skills.
  • Fluent in Romanian and English (B2-C1) and/or German (B2-C1).
  • Outgoing, proactive, and capable of motivating others in challenging situations.
  • Knowledge of Romanian labor legislation is essential.
