Job Description:

Currently, we have over 30 employees and are looking to expand our team.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading, coordinating, and motivating the team.
• Managing import and export processes, including documentation and customs supervision.
• Planning and receiving new orders, and deciding on in-house production versus external procurement.
• Establishing and maintaining supplier relationships, placing orders, and negotiating contracts.
• Overseeing sales confirmations, controlling profitability, cash flow, and budgeting.
• Planning production from raw materials to transportation of finished products.
• Handling export documentation, delivery invoices, and ensuring delivery deadlines are met.
• Calculating and updating product prices.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and implementing new measures as needed.
• Driving process improvements and leading implementation projects.
• Representing the company legally and in dealings with authorities.

Qualifications:

• Education equivalent to a production engineer in woodworking or a business administration exam.
• At least 5 years of experience in woodworking industry planning or advanced administrative experience.
• Experience in team leadership is a plus.
• Structured, organized, and good planning skills.
• Fluent in Romanian and English (B2-C1) and/or German (B2-C1).
• Outgoing, proactive, and capable of motivating others, especially in challenging situations.
• Knowledge of Romanian labor legislation is essential.
