Responsibilities:
  • Leading, coordinating, and motivating the team.
  • Managing import and export of materials, components, and finished goods within third-party countries and the EU.
  • Handling customs procedures and supervising imports, including documentation.
  • Planning and receiving new orders and integrating them into the delivery schedule.
  • Deciding whether to produce in-house or outsource products.
  • Placing orders with suppliers and maintaining good relationships.
  • Confirming sales according to the production plan.
  • Monitoring profitability, cash flow, and budget adherence.
  • Negotiating contracts for raw materials, spare parts, and packaging.
  • Planning toy production from raw material procurement to transportation.
  • Preparing delivery invoices, packing lists, and export documents.
  • Ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Calculating and updating product prices.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and implementing new measures as necessary.
  • Continuously improving existing processes.
  • Leading implementation projects.
  • Representing the company legally before authorities.
Candidate Profile:
  • Education comparable to a production engineer in the woodworking industry or a degree in business administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the woodworking industry, including workload planning, or advanced administrative experience.
  • Leadership experience is a plus.
  • Structured, organized, and proactive work style.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Fluent in Romanian and English (B2-C1) and/or German (B2-C1).
  • Outgoing, proactive, and capable of motivating others.
  • Knowledge of Romanian labor legislation is essential.
  • Motivated team environment with opportunities for growth and contribution.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Relocation support available if needed.
