We produce brands such as Goki Evolution and Holztiger. Founded in 2011 by Mr. Gollnest, Mr. Kiesel, and Mr. Stoichina, we have grown to over 30 employees and are seeking a dedicated individual to join our journey.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coordinate, and motivate the team.
• Manage import and export of materials, components, and products within the EU and from third countries.
• Handle customs procedures and documentation for imports.
• Plan and organize new orders and delivery schedules.
• Decide on manufacturing in-house or external procurement.
• Place orders with suppliers and maintain good supplier relations.
• Confirm sales according to the production plan.
• Monitor company profitability, cash flow, and budget adherence.
• Negotiate contracts for raw materials, spare parts, and packaging.
• Oversee production planning from raw materials to finished goods transportation.
• Prepare delivery invoices, packing lists, and export documentation.
• Ensure timely deliveries.
• Calculate and update product pricing.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and implement new measures as needed.
• Continuously improve existing processes and lead implementation projects.
• Represent the company legally before authorities.

Qualifications:

• Education comparable to a production engineer in woodworking or a degree in business administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in woodworking industry including workload planning OR advanced administrative experience.
• Team leadership experience is a plus.
• Structured, organized, and good planning skills.
• Fluent in Romanian and English (B2-C1) and/or German (B2-C1).
• Outgoing, proactive, and capable of motivating others in challenging situations.
• Knowledge of Romanian labor legislation is essential.
