Our brands include Goki Evolution and Holztiger. Founded in 2011 by Mr. Gollnest, Mr. Kiesel, and Mr. Stoichina, we have grown to over 30 employees and aim to continue this growth by finding the right candidate to join our journey.
Responsibilities:
- Leading, coordinating, and motivating the team.
- Managing import and export of materials, components, and finished products within third-party countries and the EU.
- Handling customs procedures and supervising imports (providing necessary documentation).
- Planning and receiving new orders, managing delivery schedules.
- Deciding whether to produce in-house or outsource products.
- Placing orders with suppliers and maintaining good supplier relations.
- Confirming sales according to the production plan.
- Monitoring the company's profitability, cash flow, and ensuring budget adherence.
- Negotiating contracts for raw materials, spare parts, packaging, etc.
- Planning toy production from raw material ordering to transportation of finished goods.
- Preparing delivery invoices, packing lists, and export documents.
- Ensuring timely deliveries.
- Calculating and updating product prices.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and implementing new measures as needed.
- Continuously improving existing processes.
- Leading implementation projects.
- Carrying legal responsibilities and representing the company before authorities.
Qualifications:
- Education comparable to a production engineer in the woodworking industry or a business administration degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in the woodworking industry, including workload planning, or extensive administrative experience.
- Experience in team leadership is a plus.
- Structured, organized, and good planning skills.
- Fluent in Romanian and English (B2-C1) and/or German (B2-C1).
- Outgoing, proactive, and capable of motivating others.
- Knowledge of Romanian labor legislation is essential.
