Responsibilities:

• Leading, coordinating, and motivating the team.
• Managing import and export of materials, components, and finished products within the EU and from third countries.
• Handling customs procedures and documentation for imports.
• Planning and receiving new orders and integrating them into the delivery schedule.
• Deciding whether to produce in-house or outsource products.
• Placing orders with suppliers and maintaining good supplier relationships.
• Confirming sales according to the production plan.
• Monitoring profitability, cash flow, and budget adherence.
• Negotiating contracts for raw materials, spare parts, and packaging.
• Planning toy production from raw material procurement to transportation.
• Preparing delivery invoices, packing lists, and export documents.
• Ensuring timely deliveries.
• Calculating and updating product prices.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and implementing new measures as needed.
• Continuously improving existing processes and leading implementation projects.
• Representing the company legally before authorities.

Qualifications:

• Education comparable to a production engineer in woodworking or a business administration degree.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in woodworking industry planning or advanced administrative roles.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Structured, organized, and excellent planning skills.
• Fluent in Romanian and English (B2-C1) and/or German (B2-C1).
• Outgoing, proactive, and capable of motivating others, even in challenging situations.
• Knowledge of Romanian labor law is essential.
