Responsibilities:

• Leading, coordinating, and motivating the team.
• Managing import and export of materials, components, and finished products within the EU and third countries.
• Supervising customs processes and ensuring proper documentation.
• Planning and receiving new orders, managing delivery schedules.
• Deciding between in-house production or external procurement.
• Placing orders with suppliers and maintaining good relationships.
• Confirming sales according to production plans.
• Monitoring company profitability, cash flow, and budget adherence.
• Negotiating contracts for raw materials, spare parts, and packaging.
• Planning toy production from raw material procurement to transportation.
• Preparing delivery invoices, packing lists, and export documents.
• Ensuring timely deliveries.
• Calculating and updating product prices.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and implementing new measures.
• Continuously improving processes and leading implementation projects.
• Representing the company legally before authorities.

Qualifications:

• Education equivalent to a production engineer in woodworking or a business administration degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in woodworking industry planning or advanced administrative experience.
• Leadership experience is advantageous.
• Structured, organized, and good at planning.
• Fluent in Romanian and English (B2-C1) and/or German (B2-C1).
• Outgoing, proactive, and capable of motivating others, even in difficult situations.
• Knowledge of Romanian labor legislation is essential.
