Our brands include Goki Evolution and Holztiger. Founded in 2011 by Mr. Gollnest, Mr. Kiesel, and Mr. Stoichina, we have grown to over 30 employees and are eager to expand further. We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our journey.

• Lead, coordinate, and motivate the team.
• Manage import and export of materials, components, and finished products within the EU and from third countries.
• Handle customs procedures and supervise imports with necessary documentation.
• Plan and receive new orders, integrating them into our delivery schedule.
• Decide whether to produce in-house or purchase externally.
• Place orders with suppliers and maintain good supplier relations.
• Confirm sales in line with the production plan.
• Monitor company profitability, cash flow, and budget adherence.
• Negotiate contracts for raw materials, spare parts, and packaging.
• Oversee production planning from raw material procurement to transportation.
• Prepare delivery invoices, packing lists, and export documents.
• Ensure timely delivery of products.
• Calculate and update product pricing.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and implement new measures as needed.
• Continuously improve existing processes.
• Lead implementation projects.
• Take legal responsibility for the company and represent it to authorities.

Qualifications:

• Education comparable to a production engineer in the woodworking industry or a business administration degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in the woodworking industry, including workload planning, or advanced administrative experience.
• Experience in team leadership is a plus.
• Structured, organized, and excellent planning skills.
• Fluent in Romanian and English (B2-C1), and/or German (B2-C1).
• Outgoing and proactive with leadership capabilities in challenging situations.
• Knowledge of Romanian labor legislation is essential.
• Motivated team environment with growth opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Relocation support available.
