Our brands include Goki Evolution and Holztiger. Founded in 2011 by Mr. Gollnest, Mr. Kiesel, and Mr. Stoichina, we have grown to over 30 employees and are seeking a dedicated individual to join our journey.
- Lead, coordinate, and motivate the team.
- Manage import/export of materials, components, and finished products within the EU and third countries.
- Supervise customs processes and ensure proper documentation.
- Plan and receive new orders, integrating them into our delivery schedule.
- Decide between in-house manufacturing or external procurement.
- Place orders with suppliers and maintain good supplier relations.
- Confirm sales according to the production plan.
- Monitor profitability, cash flow, and adhere to budgets.
- Negotiate contracts for raw materials, spare parts, and packaging.
- Plan toy production from raw material ordering to transportation.
- Prepare delivery invoices, packing lists, and export documents.
- Ensure timely deliveries.
- Calculate and update product pricing.
- Comply with regulations and implement new measures as needed.
- Continuously improve existing processes.
- Lead implementation projects.
- Represent the company legally before authorities.
- Possess education comparable to a production engineer in woodworking or business administration certification.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in woodworking industry planning or advanced administrative experience.
- Experience in team leadership is a plus.
- Work in a structured and organized manner.
- Possess strong organizational and planning skills.
- Fluent in Romanian and English (Level B2-C1) and/or German (Level B2-C1).
- Be outgoing and proactive.
- Motivate and lead people, especially in challenging situations.
- Knowledge of Romanian labor legislation is essential.
- Enjoy a motivating work environment with a supportive team.
