Job summary

Johnson Matthey Catalysts (Germany) GmbH in Redwitz, Germany, is seeking a Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. You will drive safe, efficient processes, meet high quality and delivery standards, and manage cost through continuous improvement.

The role requires a engineering degree, several years of leadership in manufacturing, knowledge of Lean and Operational Excellence, and experience with IATF 16949, APQP, FMEA, SPC, and 8D. Fluent German and English are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Several years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement.
• Experience with automotive standards and tools: IATF 16949, APQP, FMEA, SPC and 8D.
• Proven track record of KPI-driven performance management and ERP systems.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.

• Lead, coach and develop the production organization toward high performance and safety.
