Dein Arbeitsalltag Bei Brüggen

• Bedienen, Einrichten und Justieren moderner Produktionsanlagen wie Koch- und Röstanlagen sowie Extruder- und Dragiersysteme
• Überwachung aller Anlagenteile zur Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien und effizienten Produktionsablaufs
• Dokumentation und Überprüfung von Qualitäts- und Prozessparametern zur Gewährleistung gleichbleibend hoher Standards
• Durchführung von Produkt- und Prozesskontrollen, beispielsweise durch Wiegungen und Messungen
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Kundenspezifikationen während des gesamten Produktionsprozesses
• Umsetzung von Wartungs-, Reinigungs- und Aufräumarbeiten im Rahmen der täglichen Abläufe
• Aktive Mitwirkung an Verbesserungen im Rahmen des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses (KVP)

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer*in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – auch Quereinsteigerinnen sind herzlich willkommen
• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem
• Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Produktionsprozessen
• Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
• Grundlegende PC-Kenntnisse zur Bedienung unserer Systeme
