The maximum gross annual salary is € 69,900. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU.
Job description
Tasks
Supporting the development of space products through to series production in close cooperation with the Industrial Leader
Definition of production-ready, cost-efficient and testable designs to avoid problems in production
Creation and maintenance of production processes (MIF), Manufacturing BOM and Bill of Processes
Support in the selection and development of tools and equipment for production
Creation and updating of control plans and collaboration on industrialization documents (e.g. IJF, DVI)
Qualification of production processes together with process specialists
Evaluating and optimizing production costs and implementing measures to increase efficiency
Ensuring process stability by applying methods such as SPC, MSA and PFMEA
Requirements
Successfully completed studies in the field of aerospace, mechanical engineering or comparable technical qualification
Alternatively, qualification as a technician or specialist with training as a precision mechanic, aircraft mechanic, mechanic or mechatronics technician
Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production and in the industrialization of products and processes
Sound knowledge in the application of common quality standards
Very good user knowledge of MS Office, SAP and experience with collaboration tools (e.g. PLM, Teamcenter an advantage)
Business fluent German and English, at least C1 level
Willingness to undertake occasional business trips within Germany and France
Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa) is mandatory
