Responsibilities:

Manufacture and control high-precision parts, adhering to strict quality standards and keeping an eye on timelines.
Carry out the finishing of the produced parts to ensure that they meet our high standards.
Play a key role in the separate collection and collection of recyclable materials, thus actively contributing to our sustainability strategy.
Utilize SPC error collection cards to identify and implement potential opportunities for improvement.
Create a performance report that documents our progress and identifies opportunities for improvement.
Strictly adhere to the workflow and all safety regulations to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Take responsibility for the quality of our products as well as the order and cleanliness of the workplace.

Qualifications:

Ideally, knowledge of manufacturing or production.
German language skills at least B1 level.
The willingness to work in a 3-shift operation.
A high degree of flexibility in terms of time.
The ability to perform light tasks without having to lift heavy weights (maximum 10 kg).
