The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Assistant to support our brand and agency partnerships. This role combines project coordination, content review, and data reporting to help ensure campaigns run smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Pull and analyze data from Amplitude, Firebase, Sprout, and GAM
• Update campaign status reports with key metrics and insights
• Prepare screenshot decks and wrap reports
• Maintain the email marketing calendar
• Keep promotional driver and production schedules up to date
• Manage campaign milestones and reporting tasks in Asana
• Assist with creating briefs for freelance writers
• Upload and organize drafts in Google Drive and WordPress
• Build newsletter drafts and promotional driver drafts using approved copy and images
